Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds/Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited, within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will find out about your return.

**Complaint for Missing Items or Packages Marked as Delivered:**
**1. Missing Items:** If, upon receipt of your order, you notice that items are missing from the list of items on your order confirmation, please follow the procedure below:
a. Immediately contact our customer service by email at contact@afghanioileurope.com indicating your order number and specifying the missing items.
b. You will also need to provide a sworn statement detailing the missing items. This sworn statement must be sent within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
c. It is also necessary to take clear photographs of all four sides of the package, including shipping labels, as proof of the condition of the package upon receipt.
**2. Packages Marked as Delivered, but Not Received:** If you receive a delivery notification stating that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please follow the steps below:
a. Immediately contact our customer service by email at contact@afghanioileu.com indicating your order number and explaining the situation.
b. You will need to provide a sworn statement stating that despite the delivery confirmation, you have not received the package. This sworn statement must be sent within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
c. It is also necessary to take clear photographs of all four sides of the package, including shipping labels, as proof of the condition of the package upon receipt.
